MSUM Alumni Ireland Tour | May/June 2018
Take a one-of-a-kind, 10-day tour of the Emerald Isle with MSUM Professor Dr. Jeremy Carney. This unique trip will combine some of the best cultural experiences that Ireland has to offer with an educational adventure into the ancient and modern sociopolitical history that has divided the island.

We’ll be visiting ancient castles, the cliffs of Moher, and the Giant’s Causeway, but the greatest treasure of the Isle are its people. We’ll meet folks who witnessed many of the tragic events known as the Troubles and how they working to bridge differences and live in peace. Traveling with a professor with expertise in Ireland will allow our group access to local authorities and unique places not seen by most tourists. Additionally, Dr. Carney will provide learning seminars prior to and during travel on the history and culture of Ireland.
